The WINSPEED foosball balls are manufactured using a complex two-color injection molding process. In this process, the colors of the balls are not just simply printed on, but the raw material is colored accordingly. High-impact polystyrene is used as the raw material, a thermoplastic plastic that is particularly characterized by its resistance to impact, temperature, and weathering.
This production process makes the WINSPEED foosball balls absolutely abrasion-resistant, extremely durable, and colorfast. The ball surface in the traditional soccer pattern is free of seams and injection molding residues. Due to the smooth and fast ball surface, the WINSPEED foosball has good running properties.
This special, complex production process of the WINSPEED balls is patented and additionally registered as a trademark with the patent office. The ball weight of 24 g is ideal and the ball diameter of 35 mm is the most popular tournament size. Thus, the WINSPEED foosball can be played on all common foosball tables.
