WINSPEED foosball balls are manufactured using a complex two-colour injection moulding process. In this process, the colours of the balls are not simply printed on, but the raw material is already coloured accordingly. The raw material used is high-impact polystyrene, a thermoplastic that is particularly characterised by its resistance to wear, temperature and weathering.
Thanks to this production process, WINSPEED foosball balls are absolutely abrasion-resistant, extremely durable and colourfast. The ball surface in the traditional football pattern is free of seams and injection moulding residues. Due to the smooth and fast ball surface, the WINSPEED foosball has good running properties.
This special, complex production process of the WINSPEED balls is registered as a patent and additionally as a trademark with the patent office. The ball weight of 24 g is ideal and the ball diameter of 35 mm is the most popular tournament size. This means that the WINSPEED foosball can be played on all common foosball tables.
