BLADE 6: What improvements have been made compared to previous dartboards?
- New wiring reduces the surface area of the metal spider by 14%, resulting in a larger scoring area of 9 mm² in the doubles and 6 mm² in the triples.
- The blade angle of the metal spider has been reduced from 90° to 60°.
- The metal spider now sits even closer to the sisal base on the board. This means the distance from the sisal surface to the highest point of the wires or metal spider has been reduced.
- The steel quality of the metal spider and particularly the bullseye rings has been further improved. Specifically, the tensile strength of the steel has been improved by 20%.
- Blade 6 equipped with Rota-Lock. (see info below)
