The WINSPEED foosball balls are manufactured using an elaborate two-color injection molding process. In this process, the colors of the balls are not simply printed on, but the raw material is already dyed accordingly. High-impact polystyrene, a thermoplastic plastic characterized by its resistance, temperature resistance, and weather resistance, is used as the raw material.
Due to this production process, the WINSPEED foosball balls are absolutely abrasion-resistant, extremely durable, and colorfast. The ball surface with the traditional soccer pattern is free of seams and injection molding residues. Due to the smooth and fast ball surface, the WINSPEED foosball ball has good running properties.
This special, complex production process of the WINSPEED balls is patented and also registered as a trademark with the patent office. The ball weight of 24 g is ideal, and the ball diameter of 35 mm is the most popular tournament size. Thus, the WINSPEED foosball ball can be played on all common foosball tables.
